These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Shivling Stand website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this website.

1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate titles, photographs, dimensions, material details, included components, care notes, prices, and availability. Minor differences in colour, polish, finish, dimensions, or component appearance can occur between production batches and screen displays.

2. Brass and Metal Products

Brass and similar metals can naturally oxidise, darken, spot, or develop patina, especially when exposed to water, milk, oil, kumkum, chandan, acidic substances, humidity, or repeated handling. Normal patina or minor finish variation is not automatically a manufacturing defect.

3. Fit and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions and intended use before ordering. If a product is described for a particular Shivling size or mandir setup, please compare measurements carefully. Contact us before purchase if you need help understanding a specification.

4. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices and offers may change without prior notice. If an obvious pricing or catalogue error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the correct information or cancel and refund the affected order.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through available third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete payment-card details. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation, except where Cash on Delivery is expressly available.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Delivery estimates, shipping charges, return eligibility, refunds, replacements, and cancellation rules are governed by the corresponding policies published on this website.

7. Proper Use

Products must be used on a stable surface and handled according to their material and design. Keep hot flames, lamps, liquids, children, pets, and fragile idols in mind when arranging a pooja space. The customer is responsible for safe placement and use.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, original graphics, branding, layout, and other protected content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
