This Payment Policy applies to orders placed with Shivling Stand.

1. Accepted Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods supported by the active payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is available only where specifically shown.

2. Payment Security

Online payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers using their security controls. We do not intentionally store your complete card number or CVV.

3. Failed or Pending Payments

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, first check your order/account status. Payment gateways or banks may automatically reverse failed transactions. If the issue does not resolve, contact us with the transaction reference.

4. Pricing and Taxes

The amount payable is the amount shown at checkout, including applicable product price, discounts, shipping, and taxes/charges where configured. Any obvious system or catalogue error may require correction before fulfilment.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing time after initiation depends on the bank/payment provider.
